These are matched to every employee’s individual motivation to develop as a professional.
Our development programs include technical training as well as courses in leadership and business development. Whenever needed, we also provide supplementary education relevant to different aspects of our operations.
Eltel Academy
All Eltel specialists are thoroughly trained at the Eltel Academy. The Academy covers everything from compulsory certificate training to leadership and management courses. These are directed not only to today’s needs, but also to career and individual development programs. We want our people to grow inside their competences and abilities – and inside the Eltel organization.
Leadership training
Continuous development of our leaders is a key to success. In 2010 we therefore launched our first Eltel Leaders Program, in which 16 people representing different functions and organizations inside the Group were selected to participate. The basic idea behind the program is to strengthen knowledge-sharing across professional boundaries in our company in order to create operational growth in a global environment. The program attracts key talents in Eltel who are ready and willing to develop. The training is highly interactive, with management involvement, case studies and external contributions from customers and consultants. The program is open for applications – but the final selection of participants is made by Eltel management.
